Your Initial Holistic Health Consultation is an in-depth, personalized experience designed to explore your health history, lifestyle, goals, and individual needs. During your consultation, Kelcey will conduct a comprehensive health history assessment to better understand your unique biology and identify areas where thoughtful lifestyle and wellness support may be beneficial. Based on your individual needs and goals, personalized recommendations may include lifestyle modifications, nutrition and wellness guidance, targeted supplements, and herbal protocols designed to support your journey toward greater well-being and help you maintain the health you’ve worked to cultivate. Our approach is never one-size-fits-all. We honor your individuality, meet you where you are, and provide practical, compassionate guidance to help you create sustainable changes that support your well-being. Appointments are available in person or virtually. Additional Information HTMA testing, herbs, and supplements are not included in the consultation fee.
